STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Reclassify the Assessment Technician II position (#912) grade 307 ($17.84 - $29.26 per hour) to an Assessment Specialist I at a grade 309 ($19.17 - $31.41 per hour); and

2) Approve the promotion of Joni Ayres from the Assessment Technician II position (#912) grade 307 ($22.16 per hour / $46,092.80 annually) to fill the Assessment Specialist I position (#912) at a grade 309 ($23.93 per hour / $49,774.40 annually); and

3) Reclassify the Collections Technician II position (#5285) grade 307 ($17.84 - $29.26 per hour) to a Collections Specialist I at a grade 309 ($19.17 - $31.41 per hour); and

4) Approve the promotion of Brooke Crawford from the Collections Technician II position (#5285) grade 307 ($24.80 per hour / $51,584.00 annually) to fill the Collections Specialist I position (#5285) at a grade 309 ($26.78 per hour / $55,702.40 annually); and

5) Reclassify the Collections Technician I position (#5575) grade 306 ($17.01 - $27.87 per hour) to a Collections Technician II at a grade 307 ($17.84 - $29.26 per hour); and

6) Approve the promotion of Meranda Ferrell from the Collections Technician I position (#5575) grade 306 ($17.62 per hour / $36,649.60 annually) to fill the Collections Technician II position (#5575) at a grade 307 ($19.03 per hour / $39,582.40 annually); and

7) Approve the updated organizational chart for Revenue Commission.

These actions shall be effective no sooner than July 14, 2025.
