STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Reclassify the Real Property Appraiser I position (#5374) grade 310 (grade 310 range: $18.28 - $29.95 per hour) to a Real Property Appraiser Specialist at a grade 309 (grade 309 range: $17.25 - $28.26 per hour); and
2) Reclassify the Real Property Appraiser I position (#4099) grade 310 (grade 310 range: $18.28 - $29.95 per hour) to a Real Property Appraiser Trainee at a grade 309 (grade 309 range: $17.25 - $28.26 per hour); and
3) Approve the updated position description for Real Property Appraiser Specialist; and
4) Approve the updated organizational chart for the Revenue Commission - Appraisal Division.
