STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve the transfer of one (1) used 2006 Ford F-250 Truck (VIN# 1FTSW21P26EC53251) from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office to the CIS Department at no charge and authorize the Chairman to execute the County Fixed Asset Form.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Sheriff Lowery has agreed to transfer a used 2006 Ford F-250 Truck (VIN# 1FTSW21P26EC53251) from the Sheriff’s Office to the CIS Department at no charge.  The truck will be used by the CIS Department to pull a radio tower which is too large and heavy to be pulled by a regular sized truck.  Staff recommends the Commission approve the transfer of the 2006 Ford F-250 Truck from the Sheriff’s Office to the CIS Department at no charge and authorize the Chairman to execute the County Fixed Asset Form.
