Adopt Resolution #2026-056, which approves Case No. Z26-04, Brown Hawk Landing, LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 20± acres, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from M-1, Light Industrial District, to M-2, General Industrial District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned M-1, Light Industrial District, and is located north of U.S. Highway 98 and east of County Road 95 in Elberta. The applicant is requesting to rezone 20± acres from M-1 to M-2, General Industrial District, for continued industrial use.
