Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-093, which approves Case No. Z25-03, Rezner Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 3 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 37, from RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, to B-2, Neighborhood Business District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, and located in Planning District 37, north of Gayfer Road Extension and west side of State Highway 181. The applicant is asking to rezone 3 acres to B-2 for commercial use.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its March 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
