STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the Josephine Volunteer Fire Department for the use of the Baldwin County 700/800 MHz Interoperability Communications System.
This Agreement shall take effect upon full execution for a term of three (3) years unless terminated by either party.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Agreement establishes the permissions, guidelines, compensation and requirements for the use of the Baldwin County Interoperability Radio System.
Previous Commission action/date: December 15, 2015 - Approved the previous agreement with Josephine VFD for a term of ten (10) years.
