Recommendation
Extend Bid #WG24-48 for the Provision of Regular Unleaded Gasoline and No. 2 Diesel Fuel with Petroleum Traders Corporation for an additional twelve (12) months at the same prices, terms and conditions stated in the original bid specifications awarded on November 5, 2024. The extension will expire on November 17, 2027.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The bid for the Provision of Regular Unleaded Gasoline and No. 2 Diesel was awarded on November 5, 2024, for twenty-four (24) months. The bid specifications contained a stipulation that the bid could be extended for twelve (12) months by the Commission at their option, if acceptable by the vendor. Any additional extensions will be at the same prices, terms and conditions stated in the original bid specifications. The vendor, Petroleum Traders Corporation, submitted an email agreeing to extend the bid prices for an additional (12) months. The extension will expire on November 17, 2027.
Previous Commission action/date: 11/05/2024 meeting: Awarded Bid #WG24-48 to the lowest bidder, Petroleum Traders Corporation, for the Provision of Regular Unleaded Gasoline and No. 2 Diesel Fuel as per the Award Listing. Effective November 17, 2024, through November 17, 2026.
