STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the promotion of Claire Arnold from the Death Investigator I position (#5675) grade 310 ($26.78 per hour / $55,702.40 annually) to fill the Death Investigator II position (#5676) at a grade 313 ($31.00 per hour / $64,480.00 annually) to be effective no sooner than June 15, 2026.

Background: The Death Investigator I position was vacated by the resignation of the previous employee and was reclassed to a Death Investigator II position at the April 21, 2026, Regular Meeting. The Coroner respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
