Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-041, which approves Case No. Z24-45, Wiese Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 26 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RSF-2, Residential Single Family, to RA, Rural Agricultural.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-2, Residential Single Family, and is located in Planning District 15, west of Caney Creek Drive. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to RA, Rural Agricultural.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their November 7, 2024, meeting and voted 7-1 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
