Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2024-028, which approves Case No. Z23-35, Brown Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 1.98 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate to B-1, Professional Business District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate and is located in Planning District 15, south of Milton Jones Road and east of State Hwy 181. The applicant is requesting to rezone to B-1, Professional Business District.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their October 5, 2023, meeting and voted 9-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
