BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: During the March 12, 2019, Work Session, Commission requested staff prepare for their approval a solicitation for Architectural Services. The Request for Qualifications will be for Architectural services for a three (3) year period on any type of construction projects that is approved by the Commission. Architectural firms will be selected for the “On-Call” list which will be used for the next three (3) years. Recommend the Commission authorize the Purchasing Director to place a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Architectural Services for a three (3) year period.
