Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-045, which approves Case No. Z25-64, Howard Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 0.53 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 25, from RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, to RSF-3, Residential Single Family District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, and is located east of Veterans Road and north of Dacus Lane in the Gulf Shores area. The applicant is requesting to rezone from RSF-2 to RSF-3, Residential Single Family District, to further subdivide the property for residential use.
