STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the following Service Order Agreements at an increased cost per agreement of $4,260.00 annually:
• 2 Gbps Internet Upgrade from 1 Gbps BCC EMA - Robertsdale
• 2 Gbps Internet Upgrade Baldwin County Commission Annex IV
The Agreements are effective upon full execution for the remainder of the existing term which expires December 17, 2028.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Baldwin County Commission awarded Uniti Fiber, LLC (Southern Light) Internet and Telecommunication Services on March 6, 2019, in the total amount of $79,780.72 per year.
Previous Commission action/date: December 16, 2025 - Approved the renewal of the Uniti Fiber, LLC Service Order Agreements for Internet and Telecommunication Services for Baldwin County Commission.
