STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-059, which approves Case No. Z24-47, Randall Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 31.7 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from BCZ, Base Community Zoning, to B2, Neighborhood Business, and RSF-2, Residential Single Family.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned BCZ, Base Community Zoning, and is located in Planning District 15 on the northeast corner of County Road 64 and Saint Michael Way. The applicant is asking for the southern 10.1 acres be rezoned to B-2, Neighborhood Business, and the northern 21.79 acres to be rezoned to RSF-2, Residential Single Family.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their December 5, 2024, meeting and voted 4-2 to recommend Approval to the County Commission.
