Adopt Resolution #2026-044, which approves Case No. Z25-63, Hehman Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 4.9 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 30, from  RA, Rural Agricultural District, to B1, Professional Business District.
