Approve Resolution #2019-069, electing the Baldwin County Commission to come under Section 36-26-36.1 Code of Alabama 1975, to allow certain members of the Employees' Retirement System to elect, at the time of their retirement, to convert unused sick leave to retirement credit.

Background: During the March 26, 2019, Work Session, the Commission discussed approving the above resolution to allow certain members of the Employees' Retirement System to elect, at the time of their retirement, to convert unused sick leave to retirement credit. All proposed changes were sent to all Appointed Department Heads and appropriate elected officials for review.
