BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on June 30, 2023, at 1:30 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Paint Striping Materials to the lowest bidders, Crown USA, Inc., Ennis-Flint, Inc., and Swarco Industries, LLC per the Award Listing. Bid Tabulation is attached for review.
Previous Commission action/date:
06/06/2023 meeting: Approved the specifications for the Provision of Paint Striping Materials and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid; and further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.
