Background: The subject properties are currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and are located East of the Baldwin Beach Express and directly North of the City of Orange Beach. The applicant is requesting to rezone +/- 36 acres of the current properties, which total approximately 188 acres, from RA to RSF-2, Residential Single-Family District.
