STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-125, which approves Case No. Z25-15, Goodwyn Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 36 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 30, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-2, Residential Single-Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background: The subject properties are currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and are located East of the Baldwin Beach Express and directly North of the City of Orange Beach. The applicant is requesting to rezone +/- 36 acres of the current properties, which total approximately 188 acres, from RA to RSF-2, Residential Single-Family District.
