STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Terminate the Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Flores & Associates, LLC for the Section 125 Flexible Spending Account Plan administration; and
2) Notify Flores & Associates, LLC with sixty (60) days’ written notice of termination, as required in the Agreement.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Agreement states that either party may choose to terminate the agreement with written notice of such to the other party. Notice shall become effective upon mailing or receipt of such notice by the party to whom it is addressed.
Previous Commission action/date: 08/01/2017 - Approved the Agreement with Flores & Associates, LLC for the Section 125 Flexible Spending Account Plan administration, to begin January 1, 2018.
