Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-132, which approves Case No. Z25-28, Dyas Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 39 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 15, south of Larry Street and west of Rigsby Road. The applicant is asking to rezone to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, for residential use.
