STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Award Bid #WG25-42 for the Provision of Painting and Drywall Services to the lowest bidder, Stewart Precision Coatings, LLC, per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract.  The Contract shall be effective immediately upon the same date as its full execution for a period of twelve (12) months.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on August 26, 2025, at 2:00 P.M.  Two (2) bids were received.   Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Painting and Drywall Services to the lowest bidder, Stewart Precision Coatings, LLC, as per the Award Listing.  Bid Tabulation attached for review.
