Recommendation

Approve accepting the following roads in Camellia Place, Phase Two for maintenance in Area 200 and authorize said roads to be added to the County Maintenance Road List:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Camellia Place, Phase Two (Case No. S-20013) was recorded in 2022 with public right-of-way.  The roadways have been privately maintained since their construction and were not accepted in 2022 due to deficiencies.  The deficiencies have been addressed and the County Engineer respectfully requests the roads be added to the County Maintenance Road List.
