STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Award the lowest quote to Glass Systems of Alabama, LLC, in the amount of $29,897.00 for Purchase and Installation of Twenty (20) New Windows in Baldwin County Administration Building Located in Bay Minette, Alabama, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract.
The Contract shall be effective and commence immediately upon the same date as its full execution and shall terminate upon the expiration of no more than thirty (30) days after the notice to proceed is issued.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Staff solicited quotes for the Purchase and Installation of Twenty (20) New Windows in Baldwin County Administration Building located in Bay Minette, Alabama, due to substantial water intrusion in the 2nd story windows of the building. Three (3) quotes were received. The lowest quote was received from Glass Systems of Alabama, LLC, in the amount of $29,897.00. Staff recommends the Commission approve the lowest quote and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract. Quote Tabulation attached for review.
