Recommendation
Approve the Chairman to execute the Consent to Assignment of Contract document consenting to the assignment of all rights, covenants, warranties, duties and obligations under the current standard on call contract with Civil Southeast, LLC to Scarlett Sadler Group, LLC d/b/a Civil Southeast, LLC.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Civil Southeast, LLC has entered into a purchase transaction with Scarlett Sadler Group, LLC d/b/a Civil Southeast, LLC. The Consent to Assignment of Contract will assign all rights, covenants, warranties, duties and obligations of the contract to Scarlett Sadler Group, LLC d/b/a Civil Southeast, LLC. The current contract will expire May 1, 2026.
Previous Commission action/date: August 20, 2024 - The Commission approved a standard on call contract with Civil Southeast, LLC for engineering and related services that are estimated less than or equal to $100,000.00 and budgeted in the current FY budget.
