STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Correct for the record the action taken during the January 7, 2025, Regular meeting regarding Agenda Item CR1, CIS - Promotion of Employee, specifically the pay grade and salary for Eric Drinkard, to be as follows:
Approve the promotion of Eric Drinkard from the Communications Technician III position (#5212) grade 313 ($24.99 per hour / $51,979.20 annually) to fill the open Systems Administrator position (#983) at a grade S317 ($62,192.00 annually), to be effective no sooner than January 13, 2025.

Background: The incorrect pay grade and salary was listed in Item CR1, approved during the January 7, 2025, BCC Regular meeting. The action recommended to the Commission at this time corrects the record to accurately reflect the correct hourly and annual pay grade for Eric Drinkard.
