STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Award the quote to Sun Coast Builders, Inc., in the amount of $78,480.00 for two (2) Pre-Engineered Metal Canopies for Area 100 and Area 300 Maintenance Facilities located in Bay Minette and Foley, Alabama, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Public Works Contract and Certificate of Compliance.
Contract shall be effective and commence immediately upon the same date as its full execution and shall terminate upon the expiration of no more than forty (40) days after the notice to proceed is issued and materials are received.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Commission approved in the FY25 budget the purchase of canopies for Area 100 and Area 300 Maintenance Facilities. Staff solicited the quote and only one (1) quote was received from Sun Coast Builders, Inc., in the amount of $78,480.00. Staff recommends the Commission approve the quote and authorize the Chairman to execute the Public Works Contract and Certificate of Compliance.
