Waive Baldwin County Commission Policy #9.10 - Engineering, Environmental Monitoring and Surveying Services and approve on-call consultant Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to perform engineering design services for the Baldwin County Roundabout at County Road 55 and County Road 54 with design fees not to exceed $246,276.00.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Department has selected Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to perform design services for the Roundabout Project at County Road 55 and County Road 54. The proposed fee of $246,276.00 exceeds the $100,000.00 limit outlined in Baldwin County Policy #9.10.
Previous Commission action/date: September 15, 2026 - Adopted the Baldwin County FY 2027 Budget (Resolution #2026-140).
