BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, and RSF-4, Residential Single Family District, and is located in Planning District 25 in the Gulf Shores area. The applicant is asking to rezone to RSF-1 and RSF-4, Residential Single Family District, with the limitations and restrictions governed by a Planned Residential Development (PRD) Site Plan. The applicant would like PRD approval to create a 27-site residential development.
