BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Since the inception of the Environmental Stewardship Awards Program in 1998, the Baldwin County Commission has recognized over one hundred and forty four (144) individuals and organizations for their environmental leadership and stewardship of Baldwin County’s natural resources.

 

Leslie Gahagan, Environmental Advisory Committee Member, will read the Resolution and staff will assist in the presentation of the awards to the recipients.

 

Cost of the plaques is $970.00 and will be purchased from the Planning & Zoning department budget. 

 

 

Previous Commission action/date:  04/15/2025 - Adopted Resolution #2025-098 recognizing the Baldwin County Commission’s 2025 Environmental Stewardship Award recipients.
