Recommendation
Consider the applicant’s request to rezone the subject property from RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, based on the information provided in the staff report and the public comments received.
Should the Commission determine that the request is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, adopt Resolution #2026-124, which approves Case No. Z26-28, Carlton Fine Properties LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 4.6 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 19 from RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.
