Authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Fence Installation and Repair on County Right-of-Ways and authorize the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
 
Background:  Bids were set to open in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 6, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. No bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Fence Installation and Repair on County Right-of-Ways.
 
Previous Commission action/date:  
02/04/2025 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Fence Installation and Repair on County Right-of-Ways for the Baldwin County Commission; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
