STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Reclassify the License Revenue Officer II position (#568) (grade 307: $37,107.20 - $60,860.80 annually) to Senior License Revenue Officer (grade 309: $39,873.60 - 65,332.80 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of Janice Sibley from License Revenue Officer II position (#568) grade 307 ($22.60 per hour / $47,008.00 annually) to Senior License Revenue Officer at a grade 309 ($24.41 per hour / $50,772.80 annually); and
3) Reclassify the License Revenue Officer I position (#992) (grade 307: $37,107.20 - $60,860.80 annually) to Senior License Revenue Officer (grade 309: $39,873.60 - 65,332.80 annually); and
4) Approve the voluntary demotion of Susan Thompson from the License Revenue Administrator position (#162) grade 313 ($31.78 per hour / $66,102.40 annually) to fill the Senior License Revenue Officer position (#992) at a grade 309 ($28.60 per hour / $59,488.00 annually); and
5) Approve the promotion of Heather Taylor from Assistant License Revenue Administrator (#5150) grade 311 ($26.58 per hour / $55,286.40 annually) to fill the License Revenue Administrator position (#162) at a grade 313 ($28.97 per hour / $60,257.60 annually); and
6) Approve the employment of Phoenix Smith to fill the Probate Customer Service Specialist I position (#5565) grade 306 ($17.01 per hour / $35,380.80 annually); and
7) Approve the employment of Rebecca Roberts to fill the Probate Customer Service Specialist I position (#5638) grade 306 ($17.01 per hour / $35,380.80 annually); and
8) Approve the updated organizational chart for the Probate Office.
These actions shall be effective no sooner than August 11, 2025.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Probate Customer Service Specialist I positions were vacated by the transfer/resignation of the previous employees. The Senior License Revenue Officer reclassification is due to the employee meeting the promotion criteria of the position. The Probate Judge respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
