Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-030, which approves Case No. Z25-59, Lett Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 2.01 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 33, from B-2, Neighborhood Business District, to B-3, General Business District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District, and is located on U.S. Highway 98 south of Powell Lane in the Lillian community. The applicant is requesting to rezone 2.01+/- acres from B-2 to B-3, General Business District, for commercial use.
