Authorize the Chairman to execute a letter of support to the Alabama Department of Transportation for the City of Bay Minette’s application for FY 2026 Rebuild Alabama Act Annual Grant Program funds for N. Dobson Avenue and W. 7th Street intersection improvements.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Baldwin County Commission received a request from the City of Bay Minette for a letter of support for its application to the Alabama Department of Transportation’s FY 2026 Rebuild Alabama Act (RAA) Annual Grant Program. The application proposes roadway and intersection improvements at N. Dobson Avenue and W. 7th Street, along with additional enhancements to W. 7th Street. The proposed project is located near and complements the Baldwin County Commission’s 30 Cubed-funded Redhill Road extension.
