STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2025-175 amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget (Resolution #2024-159 and Resolution #2024-158, adopted on September 17, 2024) in order to reallocate funding.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Budget Director respectfully requests the reallocation of $3,200.00 from Miscellaneous Appropriations - Appropriation Other to Miscellaneous Appropriations - Solid Waste Retiree Insurance to cover the cost associated with the workers' compensation audit.
During the FY 2025 budget adoption, the replacement of the chiller at Central Annex was approved. The Budget Director respectfully requests the reallocation of $321.00 from Central Annex – Miscellaneous Supplies to Central Annex – Capital Outlay Furniture and Equipment to cover advertisement costs associated with the new chiller replacement project.
The Budget Director respectfully requests the reallocation of $12,100.00 from Commission Contingency – Contingency Reserves to Central Annex II – Capital Outlay Improvements in order to cover change order #1 for Competitive Bid #WG24-08 and complete the Central Annex II chiller replacement project.
During the BCC Regular meeting on September 2, 2025, the Commission approved the development agreement with Core Development and Construction, LLC for funding of the intersection improvements at County Road 65 and County Road 12 in the amount of $41,610.00. This entry is required to financially document the funding associated with that agreement.
