STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-123, which approves Case No. Z25-10, Bayview Partners LLC/Lovelace Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 15.9 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 31, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RMH, Residential Manufactured Housing Park District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 31, north of Highway 90 and west of the Baldwin Beach Express. The applicant is asking to rezone 15.9 acres to RMH for a Residential  Manufactured Housing Park.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its May 1, 2025, meeting and voted 6-2 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
