Adopt Resolution #2025-036, which approves Case No. Z24-31, Volovecky Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 89 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RA, Rural Agricultural, RSF-E, Estate Residential, and B-2, Neighborhood Business, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District and RMF-6, Multi-Family.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural, RSF-E, Estate Residential, and B-2, Neighborhood Business, and is located in Planning District 15 on the west side of State Highway 181 and north of Pleasant Road. The applicant is asking for RSF-2, Residential Single Family, and RMF-6, Multi-Family, for a proposed Planned Residential Development (PRD).
The Planning Commission considered this request at their November 7, 2024, meeting and voted 7-1 to recommend Approval to the County Commission.
