This is a Special Events / Special Retail (7 days or less) non-renewable license. The event will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025.

Background: Staff has verified all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, the proposed use is allowed, and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of the license.
Beer, wine, and liquor will be sold at the event. No alcohol is allowed to leave the licensed premises and no to-go sales of alcohol are permitted.
