Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rual Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 22, east of County Road 87 and south of County Road 32. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to B-2, Neighborhood Business District.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their May 1, 2025, meeting and voted 7-1 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
