STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Radio Tower Rental Agreement with Tower Equities, LLC for the P-25 radio tower site located in Lillian, Alabama, in the amount of $2,000.00 per month.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of full execution and run for a period of three (3) years. If either party desires to terminate this Agreement, that party shall give written notice of such termination to the other party at least ninety (90) days before the last day of service.
This Agreement supersedes and makes null and void the previous Agreement approved by the Commission on November 7, 2023.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Tower Equities, LLC, has installed a vertical asset to serve the needs of the Baldwin County Commission in this area for the P-25 radio tower site located in Lillian, Alabama. This location provides the greatest coverage for First Responders in that area.
Previous Commission action/date: 11/07/2023 - Approved the Rental Agreement with Tower Equities, LLC, for Lillian Radio Tower.
