STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve an Intergovernmental Service Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the City of Robertsdale for the Highway Department (Traffic Control Section) to install pavement markings on the following road intersections within Robertsdale city limits for an estimated cost of $6,881.94 for labor and equipment:
Wilters Street and College Avenue - 4 Stop Bars and 2 Crosswalks
College Avenue and Carolina Street - 2 Stop Bars and 1 Crosswalk
Park Avenue at Splash Pad - Crosswalk and Yield Triangles
Pennsylvania Street and Walking Trail - Crosswalk and Yield Triangles
Wisconsin Street and Walking Trail - Crosswalk and Yield Triangles (Grind up old)
Granite Boulevard and Quartz Lane - 2 Stop Bars
Granite Boulevard and Sandstone Lane - 4 Stop Bars
Granite Boulevard and Coral Lane - 1 Stop Bar
Florida Street and Walking Trail - Crosswalk and Yield Triangles
Hammond Street and Walking Trail - Crosswalk and Yield Triangles
Illinois Street E and Walking Trail - Crosswalk and Yield Triangles
The City of Robertsdale will be invoiced the actual project cost for labor and equipment and will provide materials for the project.
This agreement shall be effective upon full execution and terminate after twelve (12) months unless terminated by either party upon delivery of a thirty (30) day notice of termination.
