Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Add-on to the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative Contract No. 210101 between DLT Solutions, LLC and Baldwin County Commission for a complete, configurable solution for recording, managing, and accessing Tax collections / Business License records at a one-time rate of $300,092.25.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Beth Hodges, Budget Director, requests an Add-on to the existing TIPS Purchasing Cooperative Contract No. 210101 between Baldwin County Commission and DLT Solutions, LLC for a complete, configurable solution for recording, managing, and accessing Tax collections records. The conversion from AS400 will require significant expertise; DLT Solutions, LLC is professionally qualified to provide such services and is willing to provide the same to Baldwin County Commission.
The term of this add-on Agreement is effective upon the date of full execution by both parties. unless otherwise terminated by the parties set forth herein and shall be completed no later than March 31, 2026.
Previous Commission action/date: 05/02/2023 - Baldwin County Commission approved DLT Solutions, LLC - TIPS Purchasing Cooperative Contract for Probate Office.
