Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located north of County Road 26 and west of Poser Road in Foley. The applicant is requesting to rezone 38 acres from RA, Rural Agricultural District to RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, for the purpose of single-family housing.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their April 4, 2024, meeting and voted 9-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
