Background: The subject property is currently zoned B-2, Local Business, and is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Scenic Highway 98 and County Road 32, south of the City of Fairhope. The applicant is requesting to rezone 2.2 acres from B-2, Local Business District, to RSF-2, Residential Single-Family District.
The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL at the meeting on November 7, 2024.
