STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the employment of James Faulkner to fill the open Commercial Appraiser position (#4004) grade S317 ($80,000 annually); and

2) Approve the employment of Jacob Hamilton to fill the open Real Property Appraisal Trainee position (#5334) grade 310 ($20.31 per hour / $42,244.80 annually); and

3) Approve the employment of Daniel Freeman to fill the open Real Property Appraisal Trainee position (#5773) grade 310 ($20.31 per hour / $42,244.80 annually).

These actions shall be effective no sooner than November 12, 2024.

Background:  The Reappraisal positions were vacated due to the promotions of the previous employees.  The Revenue Commissioner respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
