Members from the Mobile Bay Area Veterans Commission will be present to honor the following Baldwin County 2025 Parade of Flags essay contest winners:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Mobile Bay Area Veterans Commission hosts an annual essay contest titled “What Veterans Day Means to Me” for fourth-grade students in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. The contest encourages students to reflect on the meaning and importance of Veterans Day. Contest winners were recognized during the Parade of Flags ceremony at the USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park on November 11, 2025. The first-place winner, Riley Reeves, will present the winning essay to the Commission.
