STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Authorize the Chairman to execute a notice of termination to TextMyGov, to terminate the Master Agreement and Partnership Proposal between the Baldwin County Commission and TextMyGov; and
2) Notify TextMyGov with the required written notification of termination as stated in the Agreement, said termination effective April 5, 2025.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Brian Peacock, CIS Director, respectfully requests that the Master Agreement and Partnership Proposal be terminated due to the County no longer requiring their services.
Previous Commission action/date: March 19, 2024 - Approved the Contract Extension for TextMyGov - Master Agreement and Partnership Proposal for Communication Technology.
