Establishment of Two Spare Change Drawers for Baldwin County Revenue Commission

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

 

1) Approve a spare change drawer in the amount of $200 for Fairhope Revenue Commission office; and

 

2) Approve a spare change drawer in the amount of $200 for Foley Revenue Commission office; and

 

3) Authorize the Clerk/Treasurer to make an interim payment in the amount of $400 to the Revenue Commissioner.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The Revenue Commission currently holds cash drawers at its various locations in the amount of $3,769.06 and is requesting two additional cash drawers as spares.
