1) Approve the transfer and issuance of 050 - Retail Beer (Off Premises Only) license by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board from Stateline Pride Convenience Store LLC d/b/a Stateline Pride to Best CS Inc d/b/a Bama First Stop, located at 32485 US Highway 90, Seminole, Alabama 36574; and
2) Approve the issuance of 070 - Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) license by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board to Best CS Inc d/b/a Bama First Stop, located at 32485 US Highway 90, Seminole, Alabama 36574.
