Waive Baldwin County Commission Policy #9.10 - Engineering, Environmental Monitoring and Surveying Services and approve on-call consultant Dewberry Engineers Inc. to perform engineering design services for the extension of Pleasant Road from State Route 181 to Larry Street Road, with design fees not to exceed $186,275.00.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Department has selected Dewberry Engineers Inc. to perform design services for the extension of Pleasant Road from State Route 181 to Larry Street Road. The proposed fee of $186,275.00 exceeds the $100,000.00 limit outlined in Baldwin County Policy #9.10.
Previous Commission action/date: September 15, 2026 - Adopted the Baldwin County FY 2027 Budget (Resolution #2026-140).
